Lowest Noise Dual-Channel DVGA from RFMW

TriQuint TQC9311 dual channel DVGA offers lowest noise figure RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a dual channel Digital Variable Gain Amplifier. TriQuint’s TQC9311 offers the lowest noise figure for any currently available Dual Channel DVGA. The low noise figure of 3.8dB makes the TQC9311 ideal for use before a mixer in small cell and DAS applications. Covering 0.4 to 3.6GHz, the TriQuint TQC9311 complies with 1.8 or 3.3V logic, has a highly linear OIP3 of 36.5dBm and maintains 55dB of channel isolation. This TriQuint dual channel DVGA is housed in a 7x7mm, 32-pin package.
