RFMW offers 16-18.5GHz 1W GaAs Power Amplifier

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TriQuint TGA2621-SM, a multi-stage GaAs power amplifier for Radar and SatCom applications. The TGA2621-SM offers saturated output power of >30dBm with a small signal gain of over 24dB. Used as a final stage or driver for higher power amplifiers, the TriQuint TGA2621-SM draws 500mA from a 6V supply and offers >23% PAE. Operating over the 16 – 18.5GHz bandwidth, the TGA2621-SM is offered in a 5x5mm surface mount package.
