DOCSIS 3.1 Power Doublers from RFMW

Qorvo RFCM3327 and RFCM3328 CATV power doublers offer DOCSIS 3.1 compliant performance

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a pair of CATV power doublers. Available as multi-chip modules (MCM), the Qorvo RFCM3327 and RFCM3328 offer a minimum of 23 and 25dB gain respectively. Both Qorvo power doublers operate from 45 – 1218MHz for DOCSIS 3.1 requirements. Using a combination of GaAs and GaN technologies, these MCMs are unconditionally stable under all terminations while offering excellent linearity and optimal reliability. CTB is -80dBc and CTO is -80dBc for both the RFCM3327 and RFCM3328. Operating from a 24V supply, current draw is nominally 480mA and is adjustable for optimum distortion performance versus power consumption. A temperature sensing feature allows monitoring of the module’s backside temperature.
