The pSemi PE43508 offers 6-bit control with 0.5dB LSB step accuracy for 31.5 dB attenuation range from 9kHz to 55GHz. Ideal for test and measurement, point-to-point communication systems, and very small aperture terminals (VSAT), the PE43508 features glitch-safe attenuation state transitions to protect circuits. An integrated digital control interface supports both serial addressable and parallel attenuation programming. Offered as flip-chip die, this DSA is manufactured on a variation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology and requires no external blocking capacitors if 0 VDC is present on the RF ports.
