Ultra-Low Jitter Differential MEMS Oscillators for Networking

 

SiTime’s ATNA MEMS oscillator SIT9501AC-01-P1-3310-156.250000 operates at 156.25 MHz with 20 ppm stability over -20 to 70 degrees C in a 2.0 x 1.6mm package

 

RFMW announces design and sales support for SiTime’s ATNA MEMS oscillator family. The ATNA oscillator is an Ultra-Low jitter, differential oscillator targeted at network and optical markets such as 400G / 800G network equipment, optical modules, coherent optics, data convertors, network switches and routers. These oscillators offer 70 fs RMS typical phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz making it the perfect fit for any optical networking application. ATNA oscillators are available in three, standard package sizes (2 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm) and 14 standard networking frequencies from 25 to 644.53125 MHz. Device performance specifications are easily definable. For example, the SIT9501AC-01-P1-3310-156.250000 oscillator operates at 156.25 MHz with 20 ppm stability over -20 to 70 degrees C in a 2.0 x 1.6mm package.
