With an operating voltage of 7.5V, the AFM907N provides 8 Watts of power for handheld radios operating from 136 to 941MHz. Unmatched input and output ports allow wideband gain >15dB while narrowband performance is as high a 20.7dB. The single ended AFM907N can handle 65:1 VSWR mismatches making it extremely rugged in applications such as TETRA and SSB radios.

The Qorvo QPA0163L offers noise figure as low as 1.5dB in low voltage applications such as GPS and RFID receivers operating in frequency ranges from 100 to 1300MHz. The QPA0163L uses a single, positive voltage supply enabling easy implementation. Gain is 14.9 to 17.7dB depending on frequency of operation and voltage.
