RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a new transformer from MiniRF. The MiniRF MRFXF0025 is a 1:1 impedance ratio, transmission line transformer covering a frequency range of 45 to 1200MHz. Capable of supporting DOCSIS3.1 requirements, the MRFXF0025 is designed for applications that require superb gain balance in a very small, low cost, and highly reliable surface mount package. Characteristic impedance is 75 ohms and insertion loss ranges from 0.7dB to 0.8dB across the device band width. The MRFXF0025 boasts power handling capability of 2 watts.
