RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for high power switches from RFuW Engineering. Three SP2T switches are available in the MSW2T-203X-192 series: MSW2T-2030-192 operates from 50 MHz to 1 GHz; MSW2T-2031-192 operates from 400 MHz to 4 GHz , and MSW2T-2032-192 operates from 2 GHz to 6 GHz. These surface mount PIN Diode switches leverage high reliability hybrid manufacturing processes with proven superior performance over both MMIC and Glass Carrier based technologies. Average power handling is 100W CW and up to 550W peak power for applications in Radar T/R Modules, Switch Bank Filters and Mil-Com Radios. Insertion loss is <0.3dB in the low band with typical IIP3 of 65dBm across the series. Typical switching speed is 750nS.
