RFMW announces design and sales support for a passive diode protection limiter. The Keysight HMMC-5644 protects sensitive RF front ends from DC to 50 GHz with low distortion. The device can be used as an unbiased 23 dBm limiter or the limiting power level can be adjusted with bias voltage, offering design flexibility where needed. Reliability is a hallmark of Keysight’s MMIC devices as well as long product life cycles. Applications include EW receivers and jammers, radar, satellites and 5G infrastructure. Available in DIE format. |
