Wideband VCO provides Octave Performance

RFMW announces design and sales support for APA Wireless Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO). The R1020SMUA12_135 delivers -103 dBc/Hz typical phase noise at 10 KHz offset over its operating range of 1000 to 2000 MHz. VCC is 12 Volts while the tuning voltage range is 1 to 14 V. Typical output power is 11 dBm. Packaged in a standard 0.5 x 0.5 inch castellated SMT, the API Wireless R1020SMUA12_135 is a form/fit/function replacement for the EOL Qorvo UMS-2000-A16-G.
