At IMS 2026, RFMW’s Steven Darrow speaks with Marten Seth of Finwave Semiconductor about the company’s high-power RF switch portfolio and the FW2007 RF switch.
Finwave offers RF switches covering frequencies from 30 MHz to 20 GHz, with options for various power requirements. The FW2007 combines wide bandwidth with 50W pulsed power handling, 25W CW power handling, 150 ns switching speed, and operation up to 14 GHz. Target applications include avionics, radar, and test and measurement. The FW2007 is available for sampling through RFMW, with a driver-equipped configuration planned to simplify integration.
