RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high linearity amplifier. The Qorvo TQP9421, internally matched small cell PA offers 27dBm of linear power (-50dBc ACLR) with 30dB of gain. Drawing 450mA from a 4.5V supply, the TQP9421 lends itself towards distributed amplifier systems (DAS), small cell infrastructure and repeaters. Packaged in a 14-pin, 7x7mm DFN with a large backside paddle to aid in heat dissipation, the Qorvo TQP9421 is capable of 35.5dBm P1dB from 2.11 to 2.17GHz.
