RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 1W (30.5dBm) Psat amplifier covering radar and satcom applications from 16 – 18GHz. The TGA2621 is fabricated using Qorvo’s TQPHT15 GaAs technology. The TGA2621 can be used as a general purpose amplifier drawing 400mA from a 6V supply. PAE for the TGA2621 is 28% while small signal gain is 26.5dB. Qorvo offers this amplifier as a 2×2.5mm DIE. Qorvo is the new company name for the merger of TriQuint and RFMD.
