The new family features the SKY13522-644LF SPDT, the SKY13523-639LF SP3T and SKY13524-639LF SP4T. All 3 switches support operation from 700 to 3000MHz. Designed using SOI processing, these switches consume less than 10uA of current. Built-in decoders limit the number of GPIO lines needed for control. RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the PE4152, a high linearity RF mixer from Peregrine Semiconductor. Designed for land mobile radio (LMR) and cellular infrastructure up to 1GHz, the PE4152 offers two operating modes: LO enable and LO bypass. LO enable provides 25dBm IIP3 with 52dBm IIP2. LO bypass provides 24dBm IIP3 with 46dBm IIP2. Both modes provide low conversion loss of 6.5dB. This mixer can be used as either an upconverter or downconverter. Current consumption is only 9.5mA. Peregrine offers the PE4152 in a 4x4mm QFN package.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TQL9093 ultra low noise amplifier featuring flat gain. Capable of operation from 600 to 4200MHz, the TQL9093 is optimized for wireless infrastructure applications spanning 1500 to 4000MHz and offers >19dB of gain +/-0.5dB over this span. Midband OIP3 is 41.5dBm while Noise Figure is as low as 0.54dB. The TQL9093 has adjustable bias with a standard bias rating of 120mA from a 5V supply. A 1.8V TTL shutdown control offers improved system performance. Qorvo offers this LNA in a 2x2mm DFN.

The TQL9062 features a ‘shutdown’ mode requiring 1.8V TTL logic and supporting both TDD and FDD systems such as repeaters, DAS, defense communications and infrastructure applications where efficiency and range are important. Noise Figure is noted as 1.5dB while mid-band gain is 15.5dB and OIP3 is >40dBm. The Qorvo TQL9062 is offered in a tiny, 2x2mm SMT package.

The TQP9218 is internally matched for ease of design and offers good linear performance without the need for linearization. Running from a nominal 4.5V supply, the TQP9218 draws 240mA and boasts 16% PAE while offering 31dB of gain. Targeted at small cells, repeaters, DAS and CPE applications, this Qorvo amplifier is capable of 33dBm P1dB output power and is packaged in Qorvo’s 7x7mm SMT.
