RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 36.5 dBm GaN power amplifier serving 27 – 31GHz applications in SatCom, Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint radios. The TriQuint TGA2594-HM is a hermetic, 7x7mm QFN packaged device with 25dB small signal gain and 35dBc IM3. The TGA2594-HM bolsters TriQuint’s burgeoning list of GaN devices offered in both surface mount and DIE packages. The TGA2594-HM uses 140mA from a 20V supply and offers 25% PAE.
