The SKY66318-11 power amplifier features wide instantaneous bandwidth with full input/output matching, high gain and high linearity. The compact 5 x 5 mm PA is designed for FDD and TDD 4G LTE and 5G systems operating from 3300 to 3600 MHz. This 35 dB gain, 3-stage device integrated active biasing circuitry to compensate PA performance over temperature, voltage, and process variation.
