Operating over frequency ranges as high as DC to 5000MHz, the six gain blocks in this series (QPA0363A, QPA2263A, QPA4263A, QPA4463A, QPA4363A, QPA4563A) offer gain and output power options for applications in LTE infrastructure, repeaters, Test & Measurement and defense/aerospace. Operating from single, positive voltage supply allows a variety of voltage rails with simple dropping resistors to create a nominal 2.5V device bias. Bandwidth is +/- 30 MHz. The KSCA-B2450MA is linearly polarized with minimum center frequency return loss of 15dB. Center fed, the antenna is easily mounted onto printed circuit cards for various applications. Spanning 50 to 4000MHz, the QPA2463C is an active bias, cascadable, HBT, MMIC amplifier which utilizes a Darlington configuration for high linearity applications such as those found in LTE infrastructure and defense/aerospace. Offering 15dB of gain, the amplifier runs directly from a 3V supply with no dropping resistor required and draws only 20mA.
