Matched to 75 ohms, this adjustable gain amplifier operates from 45 to 1218MHz and has on-chip active bias for consistent and repeatable performance over temperature. The QPB7400 finds applications in single-ended and push-pull optical receivers, low-noise drop amplifiers and distribution amplifiers. Drawing 105mA from a 5V bias, typical gain in application circuits is 10.5dB. Qorvo offers this amplifier in a SOT89 package.
