The Skyworks SKY13586-687LF offers versatility in low power applications such as WiFI, Bluetooth and WLAN systems operating between 2.4 and 2.5GHz. Useful as an antenna T/R switch, the SKY13586-687LF offers excellent linearity (P0.1dB of 29dBm) with 35dB of isolation and only 0.75dB of insertion loss. Two control lines offer a wide voltage range of 1.8 to 3.6V without compromising power handling. The Qorvo QPC3223 serves designs from 50MHz to 6GHz with 18dB of attenuation range. Two steps, 6 and 12dB, are selected individually or together via a parallel control interface providing 6, 12 or 18dB of attenuation.  IIP3 is specified as >55dBm offering a highly linear device which is overshoot-free.
