Skyworks high power switches offer transmit/receive and failsafe switching for TDD-LTE, TD-SCDMA, base station, repeater, and military low frequency radio applications. These PIN diode-based switches will handle 40 W and up to 100 W of CW RF input power at 25 degrees C. A small 4×4 mm QFN plastic surface mount technology (SMT) package is ideal for compact system designs with challenging power levels. Low insertion loss minimizes receiver noise figure while high isolation provides protection to the receiver during large transmitter output signals.
Skyworks SKY12212-478LF handles up to 100W CW from 50 to 2700 MHz with an insertion loss of <0.4dB and typical isolation >43dB while Skyworks SKY12211-478LF handles up to 40W CW with lower insertion loss and higher isolation.
For higher frequency applications, the Skyworks SKY12209-478LF handles 40W CW from 900 to 4000 MHz with 0.3dB insertion loss and 40dB isolation.
