The SKY67103-396LF offers mid-band noise figure of 0.6dB for receiver applications requiring the lowest possible noise figure yet highly linear performance over a broad frequency range. Covering 500-4000MHz, the SKY67103-396LF provides typical OIP3 of 34dBm at 3.6GHz for improved receiver selectivity and sensitivity. RF power gain of 16.5dB extends receiver reception range and 17.4dBm input compression level supports a wide range of receiver input power handling. Targeting wireless infrastructure macro base stations, small cells, DAS and remote radio heads, the SKY67103-396LF performs in high temperature implementations to +105 degrees C. The SKY67103-396LF is available in a compact 2x2x0.75mm DFN package.
