RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TQP9218, a quarter watt (24.5dBm), highly efficient power amplifier covering 1805 to 1880MHz. ACLR @ 24dBm is -48dBc. The TQP9218 is internally matched for ease of design and offers good linear performance without the need for linearization. Running from a nominal 4.5V supply, the TQP9218 draws 240mA and boasts 16% PAE while offering 31dB of gain. Targeted at small cells, repeaters, DAS and CPE applications, this Qorvo amplifier is capable of 33dBm P1dB output power and is packaged in Qorvo’s 7x7mm SMT.
