RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a SPDT RF switch spanning a frequency range of 20MHz to 6GHz. The Skyworks SKY13587-378LF offers 0.35dB insertion loss and 24dB of isolation for transmit/receive applications in 2G or 5G WiFi, IoT systems and general purpose switching. Extended temperature range of -40 to +105degrees C allows the SKY13587-378LF to serve industrial lighting and outdoor applications. Board space requirements are minimized with Skyworks’ 1x1mm package. The control voltage range for the SKY13587-378LF is 1.8 V – 5.0 V. For best linearity, 2.7 V or greater is recommended.
