Designed for TDD 2G/3G/4G micro and macro-cell base stations, the SKY12241-492LF, SKY12242-492LF and SKY12245-492LF deliver leading performance and efficiency. As data-intensive multimedia and IoT applications continue to proliferate, cellular infrastructure solutions must become more robust to meet increasing network demands. These 50 and 100 Watt switches enable high data rates with low power consumption for next generation wireless devices. The SKY12241-492LF provides 50 Watt CW power handling from 1.8 to 3 GHz. The SKY12242-492LF provides 100 Watt CW power handling from 1.8 to 3 GHz and the SKY12245-492LF offers 100 Watt CW power handling from 0.3 to 3.8 GHz. Offered in compact, 5 x 5 mm QFN packages.
