High Isolation Switch supports 5G and Public Safety Infrastructure

The IDT F2913 SPDT switch features up to 71 dB of isolation while maintaining low insertion loss of <0.8 dB from 50 to 6000 MHzRFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a broadband switch from Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT). The F2913 features up to 71 dB of isolation while maintaining low insertion loss of <0.8 dB from 50 to 6000 MHz. Internally terminated to 50 ohms in the off position, this absorptive, SPDT switch has a switching time of <300 nS and input IP3 of 65 dBm. The F2913 supports 4G and 5G base stations as well as public safety and point-to-point infrastructure. The high isolation characteristics make the switch appealing for automated test equipment (ATE) functions. Compatible with 1.8 and 3.3 V logic control and suitable for extended temperature operation of -40 to 110 degrees C, it’s packaged as a small, 4 x 4 mm QFN.
