RFMW announces design and sales support for a low noise amplifier (LNA) from Skyworks Solutions. The SKY67183-396LF features ultra low-noise performance of 0.44 dB in key 5G frequency bands. Operational from 400 to 6000 MHz, OIP3 of 28.9 dBm typifies the exceptional linearity needed to meet the challenging requirements of cellular LTE and 5G NR infrastructure applications. Housed in an ultra-compact 2 x 2 mm, plastic, surface mount package, the SKY67183-396LF reduces PCB board space requirements in 5G TDD and FDD infrastructure applications, including small cell, massive MIMO, and macro base stations.
