LPWAN FEM Extends ISM Band Range

RFMW announces design and sales support for a high performance RF front-end module (FEM). Skyworks’ SKY66422-11 is specifically designed for LPWAN – supporting LoRa®, SigFox and other unlicensed band technologies – as well as high-power ISM applications operating in the 860-930 MHz frequency range. Delivering improved sensitivity and more than double the operating range versus a standalone system-on-chip (SoC), the SKY66422-11 requires minimal board space and consumes low power, making it ideal for IoT and industrial platforms including sensors, beacons, smartwatches, thermostats, wireless cameras, medical pendants and smoke and CO detectors.
