SPDT Switch supports Wi-Fi 6E and UWB

RFMW announces design and sales support for a Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) RF switch from pSemi. With operating range from 100 to 8500 MHz, the PE42424 reflective 50 Ohm SPDT RF switch supports bandwidths up to 6 GHz. Designed for use in high power and high performance WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac applications such as carrier and enterprise Wi-Fi products, the PE42424 provides up to 48 dB port-to-port isolation, 145 nS switching time and can handle 1 Watt of CW power (39 dBm pulsed), all in a compact, 1.5 x 1.5 mm package. IIP2 linearity of 125 dBm guarantees thruput that remains invariant over the full power supply range. The switch does not require blocking capacitors or any external matching components.
