The new PAC52411 44V BLDC intelligent motor control IC expands Qorvo’s broad portfolio of feature-rich Power Application Controller® (PAC) products by adding new features like VDS sensing, Cycle By Cycle (CBC), Enhanced Sample And Hold (S&H), Windowed Watchdog Timer, hardware-based nBRAKE/nDrive driver disable and more. The application controller integrates a 50 MHz Arm Cortex M0 32-bit microcontroller core with 32 kB of Flash and 8 kB of SRAM.
Additional PAC52411 features include a 44V Buck/SEPIC DC-DC controller, 3 high-side 44V/1.2A gate drivers, 3 low-side 20V/1.2A gate drivers, 10-bit high speed 1 MSPS ADC, 5V/3.3V I/Os, programmable OC shut-down, Qorvo’s proprietary and patent-pending Multi-Mode Power Manager™, Configurable Analog Front End™, Application Specific Power Drivers™ and more to form the most compact microcontroller-based power and general purpose application systems.
