What made you select Qorvo’s ACT43750 as a product to feature? How does the ACT43750 differentiate from its competitors?
The Qorvo ACT43750 is a highly-integrated drain switch and negative gate voltage regulator PMIC that enables ultra-fast RF GaN PA drain switching. The device provides programmable gate bias voltage, a fast drain switch response of 30ns (typ), auto bias sequencing, configurable IQ (drain) setpoint, and auto-calibration to compensate for the effects of temperature/aging. When used with the ACT43850 RFPoL buck regulator and constant current capacitor charger ICs, the chipset forms a complete compact power supply system. This system is designed for RF power amplifiers that demand fast transient response and high pulsed load current. The ACT43750 can be used for PAs with Vdrain bias voltages from 10V to 55V.
