CML Micro CMX90A009

The CML Micro CMX90A009 10W, 136 –1000 MHz Power Amplifier is a wideband GaAs HBT PA that delivers +40 dBm saturated output with >60% collector efficiency at 435 MHz—ideal for compact, thermally constrained systems. It supports both linear and saturated modes, enabling robust performance in LMR, TETRA, P25, AIS, and VHF/UHF ISM applications. Its thermally enhanced DFN package and flexible I/O matching simplify integration across diverse platforms and modulation schemes. Nuvotronics PSF19B03S

The Nuvotronics PSF19B03S K-band bandpass filter is designed for satellite communications. This compact 8.44 x 4.63 x 1.1 mm filter offers a low insertion loss of less than 1 dB, sharp band edges from 17.7 to 21.2 GHz, and excellent rejection up to 31 GHz. Qorvo QPA1722

Qorvo’s QPA1722 GaN Power Amplifier is designed for Ku-band radar and SATCOM uplinks. This compact 6 x 5 mm amplifier delivers 10 Watts of saturated output power and 5 Watts of linear power with –25 dBc IMD3, offering exceptional linearity and 35% PAE across 17.7 to 20.2 GHz. With 26 dB of gain, an integrated power detector, and a fully matched 50-ohm design, it supports demanding thermal and signal integrity requirements in space-constrained systems.
Built on Qorvo’s 0.15 µm GaN-on-SiC process, the QPA1722 combines rugged reliability with the efficiency and performance needed for both commercial and defense-grade RF front ends.

Spectrum Control Butler Matrix

The Spectrum Control’s Butler Matrix family offers distinct advantages that make it stand out in WiFi MIMO testing, including enablement of a simplified process of setting up a well-conditioned test channel that saves valuable setup time.
