At IMS 2026, RFMW’s Mark Millhollin speaks with Diwakar Vishakhadatta, General Manager of the Defense and Aerospace products at Qorvo. In this video Diwakar discusses Qorvo’s new product release, the QPF5012 8.5-10.5 GHz 10W Transmit/Receive Module, and why it’s features are such a benefit to engineers.

The QPF5012 is a highly integrated X-band front-end module covering 8.5 to 10.5 GHz for advanced radar, communications, and electronic warfare systems. Combining a T/R switch, limiter, LNA, and power amplifier in a compact 7.0 x 5.0 mm QFN package, it delivers 10W saturated transmit power, 40% PAE, 23 dB receiver gain, and a low 2.1 dB noise figure for exceptional system performance.
