At IMS 2026, RFMW’s Steven Darrow and Jim Ahne, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Guerrilla RF, discuss the company’s approach to high-performance RFICs for infrastructure-grade applications. Jim shares how Guerrilla RF supports demanding markets ranging from 5G infrastructure to aerospace and defense, with an emphasis on high RF performance and application-level customer support.
The IMS 2026 show spotlight is the Guerrilla RF’s GRF5847, a third-generation linear power amplifier designed for applications where excellent linearity is required without ancillary linearization techniques such as digital predistortion (DPD) or crest factor reduction (CFR). Covering 4.4 to 5.2 GHz, the GRF5847 targets cellular n79 and mid-C-band applications, including tactical radios, drone payloads and air-to-ground communications. The device is in production and available through RFMW.
