Available in a plastic, micro-X package, the Akoustis AKA-2500MT draws 50mA from a 4.2V supply.

The QB-925 utilizes rugged, GaN technology to provide up to 10 watts of saturated output power offering broadband, medium power RF amplification in a small, laser sealed housing fitted with connecting pins for drop-in, direct PCB launch. With a nominal 24V supply, small signal gain is up to 21dB from the 2-stage configuration featuring independent gate and drain bias controls.
