RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support a 2W saturated output power driver amplifier designed to support HPA implementation from 13 to 18GHz. The Qorvo TGA2958 is compatible with GaN HPA bias conditions allowing it to run from the same supply as the high power amplifier. The TGA2958, 3-stage driver, has a small signal gain of >25dB yet draws only 70mA of CW bias. Ideal for applications in Radar and communications systems, the Qorvo TGA2958 is offered in a 1.25×2.14mm die format for hybrid circuits. For surface mount applications, Qorvo offers the TGA2958-SM in a 4x4mm QFN package.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TGS4310-SM single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) reflective switch. The TGS4310-SM is specified for operation from 13 to 19GHz and features low insertion loss of <1.7dB with isolation >20dB. Switching speed is 20nS and the switch control voltages are 5V/0V. Capable of handling 2W of input power, the TGS4310-SM is ideal for Ku-band Radar applications as well as communication systems and instrumentation operating in these frequencies.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for an 11-17GHz driver amplifier providing 25dB of small signal gain and 19dBm nominal P1dB. The Qorvo TGA2243-SM integrates three amplification stages in a single 4x4mm QFN package with a copper alloy base. Operating from a 6 to 9V supply, the Qorvo TGA2243-SM draws only 85mA. Applications for the TGA2243-SM include VSAT, Point-to-Point radio and military radios in the Ku Band.

The Qorvo TQC9074 combines a gain block, voltage variable attenuator and 0.5W linear amplifier in a 5x5mm QFN package. Users can access each stage of the module for performance enhancements in their design. The Qorvo TQC9074 offers 30dB of analog controlled gain variation range and an OIP3 of 41.5dBm. Applications include remote radio heads and small cell infrastructure. The TQC9074 draws 235mA from a 5V supply.
