RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s QPA9419, a 0.5 watt power amplifier for small cell radios. Spanning the 1930 to 1995MHz frequency band, this internally matched amplifier covers band 2, band 25 and band 36 wireless infrastructure applications. The QPA9419 has 30dB of gain and -47dBc ACLR at 27dBm. Recommended supply voltage is 4.5V with 455mA current draw but it can be operated at 5V if higher power is needed. Qorvo offers this adjustable bias, multi-stage module in a 7x7mm SMT package.

AEC-Q100 Grade 2 qualified, this SPDT switch offers extended temperature operation from -40 to +105 degrees C. The SKYA21003 can handle input power up to 38dBm meeting the need for higher power carrier LTE aggregation telematics designs. Insertion loss is 0.3dB at 900MHz and this rugged switch is rated at 1500V ESD HBM. Skyworks offers the switch in a 2x2mm QFN package.

Designed to support commercial and military radar in the 8-12GHz (X-band) frequency range, input P1dB level is 29dBm. IIP3 is >40dBm while insertion loss is 6dB.The TGP2109-SM comes in a 4x4mm QFN package but is available in DIE form as the TGP2109.

Driven from a 28V supply drawing 450mA, power added efficiency is >31%. Large signal gain is 28dB (@16dBm input). Small signal gain is over 30dB. The TGA2219-CP is offered in a bolt-down, pure copper based package measuring 15.2×15.2mm for superior thermal performance. Qorvo offers the TGA2219 in DIE form for chip and wire implementation.

This Qorvo limiter does not require a bias voltage thereby minimizing prime power requirements. Insertion loss is <0.5dB. The TGL2209-SM is offered in a 4x4mm QFN package.
