RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s TGF2965-SM, 50 ohm, input-matched transistor. The TGF2965-SM offers 5 watts of output power from 30 to 3000MHz. Qorvo’s TGF2965-SM can be tuned for either power or efficiency and performance of both is exceptional. Typical PAE at 2GHz is 63%. Linear gain is measured at 18dB. Operating from a 32V supply, this transistor is capable of both CW and pulsed performance making it applicable to LMR, mobile radio, Military and civilian radar, instrumentation and jammers. The TGF2965-SM is available in a 3x3mm plastic QFN package.
