RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint’s TGA2567-SM, an AlN packaged, 2-20GHz low noise amplifier (LNA). The TGA2567-SM provides 19dBm P1dB output power with 17dB of small signal gain. Greater than 16dB of adjustable gain can be achieved by varying Vg2. Typical mid-band noise figure is 2dB while OIP3 is specified at 29dBm. The TGA2567-SM requires 100mA of current from a 5V supply. Fabricated on TriQuint’s proven 0.15um pHEMT production process, the TGA2567-SM is available in a 4x4mm QFN package suited for both commercial and defense related applications.
