RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for three new TriQuint 100W power limiters for L, S and C-band RADAR. These MMIC GaAs VPIN limiters protect sensitive receivers from high power incident signals. Then do not require DC bias and have insertion loss <0.5dB. Integrated DC blocks on the RF output reduce circuit design complexity with simple integration. A protective surface passivation layer provides environmental robustness and is ideally suited for both commercial and defense applications.
The TGL2205 covers a bandwidth of 1-6GHz. The TGL2206 covers 2-4.5GHz and the TGL2207 covers 2-5GHz.
