RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 5GHz, 802.11 a/n/ac compliant WLAN Front End Module (FEM) from TriQuint. The TQP8080 combines an LNA with bypass mode and a PA with integrated power detector through an SPDT T/R switch. Optimized for next generation WLAN integration, the TriQuint TQP8080 provides outstanding stable performance across temperature and voltage range due to a temperature compensated bias network. Internally matched input and output ease design as does CMOS compatible control voltages. The TriQuint TQP8080 is housed in a 2.5×2.5×0.4mm QFN package.
