P1dB is rated at >32dBm with a small signal gain of 19dB. TriQuint’s TGA2237 operates from a 30V supply and uses only 360mA of current. Broadband performance of this GaN device makes the TriQuint TGA2237 ideal for Radar, communications and electronic warfare applications. Available in DIE for small for factor requirements.
