RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s TGA2214-CP, a broadband, 2-18GHz GaN amplifier. Providing 4W of saturated output power, the TGA2214-CP offers 22dB of small signal gain and 13dB of large signal gain. PAE is specified at >15% and the bias requirements are 22V with 600mA. The TGA2214-CP finds applications in EW, radar and test & measurement. Qorvo offers this amplifier in a copper based, bolt-down package.
