RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo TGM2635-CP, 100W GaN power amplifier. The TGM2635-CP offers superior pulse performance for X-band (7.9 – 11GHz) radar systems. Power added efficiency is >35%. DC bias is 28V at 1.3A. The TGM2635-CP has a large signal gain of 22dB and small signal gain of 26dB. Additional applications include high frequency data links and satellite communications. Qorvo offers this amplifier in a 19x19mm copper, bolt-down package.
