RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 2W power amplifier from Qorvo. The TQP9111 covers 1.8 to 2.7GHz for a variety of applications in wireless infrastructure and defense communications including BTS transceivers, repeaters and L-band radios. 2-stages of amplification with integrated interstage matching provide almost 30dB of gain while the TQP9111 provides an OIP3 of 46dBm. Complete with a shutdown mode for improved system performance, the Qorvo TQP9111 draws 545mA from a 5V supply and is offered in a 20-pin, 4x4mm QFN package.
