RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a wideband Low Noise Amplifier (LNA). The Qorvo TGA2227-SM operates from 2 to 22GHz providing up to 22dBm P1dB and small signal gain of >15dB. Mid-band noise figure is measured at 2dB. The TGA2227-SM has an input power survivability of 40dBm, potentially eliminating the need for a power limiter in receiver circuit applications for communications, EW and instrumentation. Powered from an 8V, 125mA source, the drain voltage is flexible to support higher power inputs without impacting other parameters. Qorvo offers the TGA2227-SM in an air-cavity, 4x4mm QFN package.
