RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for model QPA3240 from Qorvo. The QPA3240 supports DOCSIS 3.1 CATV amplifier designs with up to 24.5dB gain from 45-1218MHz. Superior return loss performance and extremely low distortion (CSO = -76dBc and CTB = -73dBc) characterize the QPA3240 which combines the advantages of both GaAs and GaN for excellent linearity and high output capability of 62dBmV. This Qorvo CATV power doubler has a 3dB noise figure and draws 480mA at 24VDC. It’s offered in a standard SOT-115J package.
