RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a SPDT RF switch with input IP3 (IIP3) of 76dBm and second harmonic of -106dBc @ 1980MHz. The Qorvo QPC1022 is designed for low distortion requirements in LTE infrastructure, repeaters and data cards operating from 5 to 6000MHz. Isolation between RF ports is 39dB while insertion loss is only 0.25dB. The QPC1022 can handle input power levels up to 33dBm and operates of a 3 to 5V supply. Qorvo offers the QPC1022 in a 1.1×1.5mm package.
