RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a low noise amplifier (LNA) with integrated bypass switch. Operating from 1.5 to 4GHz, the Qorvo TQL9063 provides 0.7dB noise figure and up to 19dB of gain through the amplifier. When gain is not needed, a bypass switch is offered which automatically turns off the LNA for power savings. The Qorvo TQL9063 finds applications in defense communications and wireless infrastructure such as small cells, repeaters, distributed amplifiers and tower mounted amplifiers. Qorvo offers the TQL9063 in a 2x2mm surface mount package.
