RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 100W power handling VPIN limiter from Qorvo. The TGL2210-SM is available in a QFN 4x4mm surface mount package for ease of installation in commercial and military radar receiver protection chains as well as communications systems and electronic warfare applications. The TGL2210-SM covers applications ranging from 50 to 6000MHz with flat leakage of <17dBm. This Qorvo limiter offers <0.7dB insertion loss and does not require DC bias. Input/output return loss measures 11dB.
