RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a voltage variable attenuator (VVA) for instrumentation, radar, communications and EW platforms in the 2-31GHz frequency range. The Qorvo TGL2767-SM features a 20dB attenuation range with < 2dB of insertion loss. I/O return loss is >12dB. The TGL2767-SM is available in a 3x3mm SMT package or in DIE form as the TGL2767.
